Full-service catering for our annual fundraising gala of 350 guests. Includes plated dinner service, open bar, staffing, and setup. Event date is fixed; vendor must meet the confirmed date.
Food service license. Health department certified staff. Liability insurance. Minimum 3 years catering large events. Local sourcing preferred.
